I stitched these pink and cream boucle zipper-top bags to use for all your needlepoint accessories, or as a clutch.  Different lining colors are available--a neutral beige polished cotton, green with a woven herringbone pattern, and a linen/rayon blend printed with a paisley pattern.  Each has a silver-tone metallic nylon zipper with a rope-form pull.  

You can use this bag as is, or you can stitch needlepoint to it! I stitched through the fabric with my machine pretty easily--it's thick, but it should be doable.  

Measures about 9.25 x 10.75 inches.  This is the largest size in the last image.  Please note that this is a good size, but I don't think you'd be able to easily fit an 8 x 8 inch canvas on stretcher bars in this bag.
