Needlepoint Kiss Lock Bag FINISHING - $50 DEPOSIT - NON REFUNDABLE

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU HAVE A STITCHED CANVAS READY TO SEND IN--THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE--PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW.  

You have your kiss lock canvas stitched and you're ready to have your bag made!  I'd love to finish it for you.  You can see lots of examples of my work throughout my website and on Instagram.  The total cost of finishing a one-sided bag (needlepoint canvas on one side, fabric on the other) is $100 plus shipping and insurance ($10-15); the cost for finishing a two-sided bag (using two needlepoint canvases) is $120 plus shipping and insurance ($10-15). 

This deposit is NOT refundable.  Please do not purchase this listing unless you have a stitched canvas that you are ready to promptly send in.  I am not a full-time finisher and just take in a few pieces when I have time in my calendar--so receiving the canvas promptly and responding quickly to emails is essential to the process.

Here's how it works:

Step 1:  Stitch your canvas!  It's best if you stitch on stretcher bars.  I recommend stitching with wool and basketweave, but do what makes you happy.  

Step 2: Purchase this deposit listing.  Only purchase this listing for finishing when your kiss lock bag canvas is stitched and ready to go!  I must receive your stitched canvas within two weeks of purchasing this listing.  If I do not receive your canvas within two weeks, I will cancel the order--and the deposit will not be refunded.  

Step 3:  I will send you a link to a finishing form.  Submit the form online, then print out a copy and mail it to me with your canvas.

Step 4:  I will let you know when I receive your canvas and be in touch within a week or two with fabric choices for you to confirm.

Step 5:  Your bag is finished!  I will send you an invoice for the balance ($50 or $70), plus shipping and insurance cost (generally about $15).  I'll ship you your bag once the invoice is paid in full. 

I will supply the metal frame--you can choose from gold or silver tone, with hanging loops or without. If you choose hanging loops, you can find chains and handles for the bag on Etsy--I do not supply those. 

I will supply the fabric for the bag.  I will give you 2-3 choices for the back fabric, and 2-3 choices for the lining fabric. 

You can supply your own fabric, but I retain full veto power over their use.  Some fabrics just won't finish well and I want you to have a good final product!  There is no discount to the finishing price for supplying your own fabrics.  

The finished size of the bag is about 4 1/2 inches high, 6 1/2 inches wide, and about 2 inches deep. 

This listing is for the finishing of ONE bag.  If you have a group of bags that you want finished the same way at the same time (e.g., gifts for four bridesmaids, etc.), please be in touch with me before purchasing this listing.
